Indianapolis Boxing Club, Inc. (“Indianapolis Boxing”) is an Indiana not-for-profit corporation.  The Internal Revenue Service determined that Indianapolis Boxing is exempt from federal income tax under section 501 of the Internal Revenue Code as an organization described in section 501(c)(3).

Indianapolis Boxing provides a gym and offers instruction in Olympic-style (“amateur”) boxing to individuals age 12 through 30 who compete as amateur boxers.  No fees are charged former or current national champions, Olympic boxers or world champions.  Appropriate fees are charged all others.
